Qu32 Group SOF
Closed, InvalidPublic

Qu32 Group SOF shows channel faders. It should display toggles instead, no faders.

The mixer actually has a send level per group so this is correct. In offline mode the fader is also not related to the LR send fader.

When I select a group on the physical mixer for SOF, the faders stay on the main mix. Same on their iPad app.

I hadn't realized it, but Qu groups can be Mix mode, with send levels, or Group mode, without. Mine are in group mode. Changing modes resets all the values, so there's no point in storing send levels in Group mode.

the level of tracks in "group mode" is the level of "L R". The solution is to creat an other "layout", in my "qu-sb" i have only the "group7-8" in "mix mode"

the level of tracks in "group mode" is the level of "L R".

That's true on the mixer in Group mode. But when I pull up Group 1 SOF in MSP, I get a clean set of zeroed faders that don't do anything relevant to the mixer. I also don't see the "on" toggles that you show in your video.

is for that you have to do a special layout with "Sof" "off" and a general mix track of your group.

The "on" toggles, i have creat a separets buttons for each tracks

if you want i can send you my "layouts.layouts".

So for each mixer configuration of groups, mix mode or group mode, I would have to make a new layout? That seems less than optimal, especially considering that I expect to walk up to a Qu I've never seen, log in, and see what's going on. The A&H app can figure it out without help, so the information must be there.
