Reinstalled 0.1.4(52), being the most recent working one I'd archived.
Update to 0.2.0(58), sadly, crashed.
Closing and reopening works.
Ah, maybe, doesn't look like it's running on the Mac now.
Opened 0.1.4(55), got the update notification to 0.2.0(56).
Update proceeded and closed silently.
App won't open.
Downloaded and installed 0.2.0(56).
App won't open.
App won't open.
Control Panel|Programs and Features|Uninstall or change a program shows 2 Mixing Stations, different sizes and dates.
Reinstalling, and noticed it's going into C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local\mixing-station-pc
Shouldn't it be in Applications?
Still won't open.

Just fired up the W10 crashy machine for the first time in a while. 0.1.4(52) to (55) crash.
Mar 24 2020
Crash report going to 0.1.4(52) is 1 character different.
Mar 21 2020
Yes. And if I click Yes in that box, it crashes again. If I start the app cold, it has been updated and works fine.
Thought I had it when I discovered I had two versions installed. Windows baffles me these days.
Mar 19 2020
OK. I guess I'm not quite clear on the use of [label] vs [chname].
I don't think it occurred to me to look in Fixed Channel.
Mar 17 2020
Can you post somewhere when it updates?
Mar 16 2020
Is that 0.1.3(51), or the one after?
OK. I don't expect access to an SQ for months.
Mar 12 2020
Mar 4 2020
Ah, yes. I hadn't selected beta on the PC.
0.1.3(50) crashed on update.
Self update from 0.1.1(46) to 0.1.2(47), crash.
Restart dialogue confirm, crash. Repeat.
0.1.2(47) then appears to run fine from new start.
I just did a manual install of 0.1.2(47), maybe that will fix it.

I love this idea. An option to have the channel view replace the mixer view, while leaving the standalone meter bridge, layer selectors, and whatever, in place around it.
Mar 1 2020
Fair enough. I assumed it was a compiler field you just hadn't filled in.
Yes, they do. SQ Mixpad shows them. Your Grp 1-8 page also does, but they don't work.
One thing I forgot to check while I had access to the mixer, is does MSP read the mixer bus config?
Offline it comes up with 4 Groups. Nothing above 4 shows up in a layer, or in your GRP 1-8 and Grp 9-12 pages.
OSX top program bar has 2 tabs, Mixing Station and Window.
Mixing Station has the menu item About Mixing Station.
It contains 3 lines of text.
Version 1.0 (1.0)
Also to note, I was selecting the groups section by clicking on the meter bridge, so it's not a custom layout screwup.
Could be an aux/group thing, since MSP's actions will allow me to set up 12 auxes *and* 12 groups.
In this case, the mixer had the default 8 auxes/ 4 groups.
The group mutes and group assigns were working, just not the faders.
Faders, not meters. The group master faders aren't connected in either direction. SQ5.

MSP iOS 1.1.4 (61)
Select knob with action Ch Headamp Gain
On iOS 9.3.5, the edit commits.
On iOS 13.3.1, the edit cancels. However, if I immediately click the label to edit it again, the edit is still there.
Then when I cancel, it commits.
Feb 28 2020
iOS text input. Haven't tried Android. Escape key cancels correctly on Mac, so I changed the project tag to iOS.
Feb 27 2020
On some of my layouts, I set a knob to be current channel fader. Then when I long press it, I get the pop-up big fader, which allows for very precise setting.
Feb 22 2020
Put [sofname] in the label.
Feb 19 2020
I get that, but I think they should be labeled DCA Mute in the GLD app, because there are no Mute Groups.
Feb 18 2020
Another vote for Yamaha support, although I would put TF in front of CL. Unlike all the rest of StageMix, including CL, the StageMix TF iPad app is terrible. Also, the TF church market is huge.
Responding to the second as a user, a discontinued mixer is no less work. David has continued to add features, even recently. If anything, the price should be higher because there are fewer potential sales.

Yes, the download completes and the app has actually been updated.
Only happens on one of my two WIN10 machines.
No crash reports showing up at your end?
Connectivity is definitely part of the issue.
MSP 0.1.0(45), Mojave 10.14.6
Mixer and laptop on isolated wifi.
Quit app, beachball.
Without doing anything else, I switched the laptop to connected wifi.
App closed itself.
Feb 12 2020
Confirmed here, 0.0.9(43) fails to launch on 10.13.6 High Sierra. Works on Win10.
Feb 9 2020
Ah, makes sense codewise. Not from the user end, though. I'd like to make this a feature request.
I've run into now. Both times were on a closed network, so it might have something to do with MSP phoning home. I'm also seeing really slow program starts on closed networks.
Feb 3 2020
What version app and OS? Version 0.0.8(42) quits normally on 10.14.6 and 10.13.6 for me.
Jan 30 2020
iOS pauses background apps that don't produce audio.
Jan 10 2020
Is there something else I can try to help you troubleshoot this?
(Tried the suggested portal for requests, doesn't have PC platforms as one of the categories, or allow editing.)
Jan 1 2020
I forgot, Qu doesn’t have an Extender port like GLD. AB168 or AR2412 work normally on DSnake port. I'll check the AB168 on my GLD Extender port when I get the chance.
Dec 23 2019
Interesting question. I'll have those components together on New Year's Eve. I'll try to remember to check.

Do you mean the keypad icon at the top of the mixer view?
So for each mixer configuration of groups, mix mode or group mode, I would have to make a new layout? That seems less than optimal, especially considering that I expect to walk up to a Qu I've never seen, log in, and see what's going on. The A&H app can figure it out without help, so the information must be there.
the level of tracks in "group mode" is the level of "L R".
Nov 15 2019
I hadn't realized it, but Qu groups can be Mix mode, with send levels, or Group mode, without. Mine are in group mode. Changing modes resets all the values, so there's no point in storing send levels in Group mode.
When I select a group on the physical mixer for SOF, the faders stay on the main mix. Same on their iPad app.

Can’t you just unassign one from the mains and send the aux postfader?
Oct 28 2019
That looks familiar.
Oct 27 2019
I would suggest keeping the new handles, but taking the move ability out of the resize mode.
I'm curious as to what the resolution was? Did you go back to the old system where objects would only move on the move setting? I liked the theoretical efficiency of being able to move from the middle or resize from the handles, but in practice it was quite difficult on small objects.
Oct 26 2019
Download and install over the existing app worked.
Oct 14 2019
Report it to them and go about your day? We have a workaround.
Oct 11 2019
Could it be a conflict with another java interpreter? I think Macs are pretty immune to that sort of issue, but I don't really know how any of this works.
Oct 9 2019
In the interest of eliminating any corrupted configs or whatever at my end, I dug in a little harder.
I uninstalled MSP, deleted everything in the MixingStation folder except the licenses, emptied the trash, and rebooted.
I installed 0.0.4(17), and searched my Qu32.
I went straight to App Settings and enabled MIDI.
I went to MIDI, added New device LaunchControl.
I went to Add Controller, and made Fader-1 control the Ch1 main fader.
I backed out and verified that that worked.
I went to Layouts and saved one called default.
Checked that MIDI still works.
I loaded default.
MIDI doesn't work.
Quit the app to a beachball.
I think I can safely say it's nothing special about my install.
No change on 0.0.4(17), Qu32 and LaunchControl.
Oct 8 2019
I have always wanted a 0 dB button for channels and buses.
Oct 3 2019
Tried on a 2008 Core2 Duo Macbook running 10.7.5 Lion. App reports that it needs 10.9 or later.
Oct 2 2019
The name of this one should probably be changed, since it's not about layout import, it's about MIDI controllers.
OSX 0.0.4(16) now has a Quit menu item. Works fine without a MIDI controller.
However, if I have a controller plugged in and I open a mixer, either offline or connected, the Quit menu item beachballs MSP.
Sep 26 2019
Same behavior on a 2009 Macbook 10.11.6,
The same reset function seems to center the pan correctly on Qu. At least as close as I can tell. I'm not sure it would display the equivalent of 0.2 dB applied to pan.
Ah, nope, that's the button press message itself being passed along.
Sep 25 2019
Bome's says 127, 0x7F. It works on X-Air and X32. It makes -0.2 on GLD, Qu, SQ. Looks like SI doesn't have PEQ yet.

Another data point is that it works on Windows and on iPad.
What controller are you using that works?
I just created a new Twister config. Just 1 knob, Channel 1 fader w/ SOF.
Save as default.
Load again, still doesn't work, but no crash, so there is something hinky in my big Twister config.
But that's not why the MIDI stops working.
You're seeing that in crash logs dated just now? I definitely had bad data in my BCR config, but it wouldn't even load, and that was Saturday.
The issue was with the Learn function on a knob that is also a pushbutton. You have to be really careful not to turn it while or after pushing.
XR18, Macbook Air running 10.14.6, MSP 0.0.3(12), MIDI Fighter Twister or Behringer BCR or Novation Launch Control.
Search, connect, MIDI works.
Settings, MIDI, Folder, Default, Load, either full scope or just MIDI, MIDI doesn't send to MSP.
Settings, MIDI, Edit, Twister still shows as connected.
MSP still sends data to Twister or BCR.
Setting MIDI, folder, default, Load, MSP beachball crashes if Twister or Launch Control connected, not if BCR.
I just sent a couple fresh crash logs to Apple.
If I load default without the MIDI scope, everything is fine.

Either, I guess. It's actually something I could see using myself. In the heat of the moment, I have clicked on the wrong mixer.
